USENET is a great place to chat with other gay and lesbian men and women. You can find articles (messages) personal ads, and a whole lot more. Here are some of our favorite groups - notice that we are NOT listing the countless nudie groups, sorry!

gay-net.coming-out - talk about coming "out" and the fears, results, etc.

IMPORTANT:USENET is a HUGE source of junk mail. If you post a message to USENET, you might want to keep that in mind! You could receive unsolicited advertisements (commonly called "SPAM" or "UCE") or possibly hate mail from childish people that have nothing better to do but make your life difficult.

NEWSREADERS: To access articles on USENET, you will need a mail reader. You can get Outlook Express from Microsoft for free, or you can visit a really good site called TuCows for a listing of all different mail readers, including reviews. Another option is to use a service like DejaNews from the Web.

Alicia and Bob's Gay and Lesbian Web site is a personal site created to have our own little home on the net. If you are not lesbian or gay, we'd still love to have you visit our site regularly, but the site is, afterall, created by a gay man and woman!
